MP Board Exam 2025: Exam Centers & Security Measures

This year, 3887 exam centers have been set up across the state. To prevent cheating, the board has installed jammers at 222 sensitive and 340 highly sensitive centers across 11 districts, including Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Ujjain, and Morena.

Key Guidelines for Exam Centers:

✔ Security for Question Papers & Answer Sheets: Responsibility for question paper distribution and answer sheet collection has been assigned to different officials to prevent leaks and misconduct.
✔ Strict Action Against Cheating: If a student is caught with unauthorized material, action will be taken under the Examination Act, including FIR registration for criminal misconduct.

This year, the MP Board has introduced stricter guidelines for answer sheet evaluation to ensure accuracy and fairness in the marking process.

New Rules for Paper Checking:

✔ Each teacher can check a maximum of 45 copies per day.
✔ In the first round, 30 copies will be allotted; an additional 15 copies will be given only after verification.

✔ Copies of Students Scoring 90%+ Will Be Rechecked – Answer sheets of meritorious students will be reviewed by subject teachers, head examiners, and assistant examiners.

Strict Guidelines for Teachers During Evaluation

To maintain accuracy in marks calculation, MPBSE has introduced penalties for errors in answer sheet evaluation.

What Happens If a Teacher Makes a Mistake?

❌ A fine of ₹100 per mistake for each incorrect entry in the marks.
❌ If a teacher commits repeated errors, they may be blacklisted and barred from future evaluations.

Teachers will be provided with an official answer key to ensure correct evaluation and avoid discrepancies in marking.

The MP Board Exams 2025 for Class 10 and 12 have strict rules and revised exam patterns to enhance transparency and prevent cheating.

???? Important Exam Rules for Students:
✔ Reach exam centers before 8:30 AM to avoid last-minute issues.
✔ Do not carry mobile phones or electronic devices inside the center.
✔ Use the 15-minute reading time wisely before starting the exam.
✔ Answer all questions within the 32-page main answer booklet as no supplementary sheets will be provided.
✔ Follow instructions to avoid any misconduct, as strict penalties apply for cheating or violations.

With CCTV surveillance, flying squads, and real-time monitoring, MPBSE aims to conduct fair and transparent board exams this year. Students should focus on preparing well and following exam guidelines to score high marks.
