Patna witnessed a vibrant literary and cultural evening on Sunday as Aaj Uthi Hai Aawaz and Rikanta Institute of Skills and Technology jointly organised a Kavi Sammelan and felicitation ceremony at Bihar Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Kadamkuan. The programme brought together poets, writers, literature enthusiasts and young creators from different parts of Bihar. The event became a celebration of poetry, emotions and creative expression.
