Alongside the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Ministers Samrat Chaudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha were present, along with several other ministers. The selection of these junior engineers and instructors was carried out by the Bihar Technical Service Commission under Advertisement No. 01/2019, which aims to generate employment in the technical and engineering sectors in Bihar.
