Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon visited Ayodhya on Thursday and offered prayers at Hanumangarhi temple and the Ram Janmabhoomi site. She performed a special puja at the Ram Mandir and expressed her happiness after the divine experience. Speaking to the media, she praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for making arrangements at the Ram Mandir accessible and smooth for devotees.

Raveena said that visiting Ayodhya and offering prayers to Ram Lalla made her feel deeply blessed. She added that such a moment made her feel as if her life had become truly meaningful.

Raveena Tandon Expresses Gratitude

After performing rituals, the actress spoke briefly to the media in Ayodhya. She said that she was extremely grateful to Prime Minister Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for ensuring that devotees can have such smooth darshan at the Ram Mandir. She expressed her heartfelt joy, saying that she felt immense peace and happiness after worshiping Lord Ram at the sacred site.

Raveena added that the construction of the Ram Mandir is not just significant for India but also for the world. According to her, the temple symbolizes faith, spirituality, and cultural pride at a global level.

Raveena Tandon’s Recent Religious Journeys

The actress has been undertaking several religious journeys over the past year. Before her Ayodhya visit, she traveled to Prayagraj for the Maha Kumbh where she took the holy dip. She was also present in Kashi on Mahashivratri to attend the Mangla Aarti at the Kashi Vishwanath temple.

Her spiritual visits reflect her deep connection with Indian traditions. Many fans have admired her devotion and dedication towards cultural and religious practices.

Ram Mandir Construction Updates

Alongside Raveena’s visit, the construction work at the Ram Mandir continues to make progress. The second floor of the temple structure has now been completed, although some finishing work remains.

Doors are yet to be installed, which are being made from teak wood sourced from Maharashtra’s Ballar Shah region. These wooden doors and windows are being crafted with intricate carvings. Some of them are already prepared, and artisans are currently working on the finishing touches before fitting them in the temple.

The responsibility for the door construction has been assigned to an institution based in Hyderabad, Telangana. Craftsmen from Kanyakumari have been brought in to work on these highly detailed doors and windows.

Statement from Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra

Champat Rai, General Secretary of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, shared details about the progress. He mentioned that the measurement work for the doors has been completed.

He also explained that the gold plating for these doors has not been planned for now. According to him, no decision has been taken yet regarding gold embellishment, and this aspect has been postponed for future consideration.

Champat Rai confirmed that devotees will be allowed to have darshan of Lord Ram’s idol on the ground floor and the first floor, where the Ram Darbar has been installed. However, entry to the second floor will remain restricted for security reasons.

The Second Floor’s Purpose

Authorities revealed that the second floor of the temple will be used for cultural preservation. The floor will house a special library dedicated to Ramayana, featuring translations of the epic in multiple languages.

This initiative aims to make the epic accessible to devotees and researchers worldwide. By placing the Ramayana in different languages, the temple management hopes to spread the message of Lord Ram’s life and teachings across diverse communities.

Raveena Tandon’s Emotional Connection

Speaking about her experience, Raveena Tandon said that offering prayers at the Ram Janmabhoomi was an unforgettable moment in her life. She described the visit as deeply emotional and spiritually uplifting. She emphasized that visiting the temple gave her peace of mind and a sense of fulfillment.

She said that the temple stands as a beacon of faith and devotion, not only for Indians but also for believers across the globe. The actress highlighted that Ram Mandir will forever be a symbol of cultural pride and divine heritage.

Cultural and Spiritual Importance of the Visit

The Ram Mandir has become a landmark of faith in modern India. Devotees from across the country and abroad have been visiting the site since the grand inauguration. Raveena Tandon’s visit adds to the list of public figures and celebrities who have expressed devotion at the temple.

Her words reflect the sentiments of millions of devotees who see the temple as the realization of a long-awaited dream. By praising the arrangements made by the government, she also highlighted the efforts taken to manage large numbers of visitors smoothly.

Symbolism Beyond Religion

The actress also spoke about the global importance of the Ram Mandir. She said that the temple represents India’s culture and heritage for the world to witness. For her, the temple’s presence in Ayodhya is more than a religious structure; it is a unifying force for faith and tradition.

Her statement aligns with the broader perspective that the Ram Mandir is a spiritual and cultural center, inspiring not just Hindus but people interested in Indian heritage globally.

The Road Ahead for Temple Construction

Although the second floor has been structurally completed, finishing works continue. Carvings, fittings, and installations will be done step by step. The management confirmed that safety and preservation remain top priorities.

The trust is working to ensure that the temple structure not only serves spiritual purposes but also remains architecturally strong for centuries. Traditional craftsmanship and modern techniques are being combined to give the temple a majestic yet enduring form.

Raveena Tandon’s visit to Ayodhya and her prayers at the Ram Mandir underline the deep spiritual bond that devotees feel with the sacred site. Her words of gratitude for Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath highlight the smooth arrangements made for darshan.

Meanwhile, construction work on the Ram Mandir continues, with the second floor nearing completion. The plan to include a library of Ramayana in multiple languages on the second floor shows the temple’s commitment to cultural preservation.

For Raveena, the visit was an emotional journey that she described as the fulfillment of life itself. For millions of devotees, the Ram Mandir remains a source of faith, pride, and inspiration, symbolizing both cultural identity and spiritual devotion for India and the world.
