RSMSSB Rajasthan 4th Grade Exam : Objection Window Postponed

Published on

The Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board (RSMSSB) has postponed the window for raising objections to the answer key of the Class-IV recruitment exam. The objection window, which was initially scheduled to open on 8th November 2025, has been delayed due to unavoidable reasons. The board has informed that the revised date for submitting objections will be announced later through a separate notification. The Chairman of the RSMSSB, Alok Raj, mentioned that the board is working on improving the objection submission format. If successful, the changes will allow candidates to upload proof and download documents more efficiently, streamlining the entire process.

RSMSSB Chairman’s Statement on the Exam Results

In regards to the results of the Rajasthan 4th Grade Exam, Chairman Alok Raj emphasized that the board should not rush the result declaration. He stated that taking time in announcing the results would ultimately benefit the candidates and ensure accuracy in the process.

Details of the Rajasthan 4th Grade Recruitment Exam

The Rajasthan 4th Grade Recruitment Exam, conducted by RSMSSB, included a total of 120 multiple-choice questions. These questions covered a variety of subjects, including General Hindi, English, Rajasthan General Knowledge, Mathematics, and Basic Computer Skills. A negative marking system was in place, with a deduction of one-third of the marks for incorrect answers. This examination is part of the ongoing recruitment process to fill vacancies for fourth-grade employees in Rajasthan.

Exam Dates and Application Details

The recruitment exam for Rajasthan 4th Grade positions was held from 19th to 21st September 2025. The application process for this recruitment began earlier in March and April of the same year. The board received a total of 24.76 lakh applications for the 53,749 available posts. Of these, 85.9% of applicants, or about 21.17 lakh candidates, appeared for the exam.

Vacancy Distribution and Recruitment Information

The Rajasthan 4th Grade Recruitment Exam is being conducted to fill 53,749 positions for fourth-grade employees across the state. Out of these vacancies, 48,199 are for non-TSP (Tribal Sub-Plan) areas, while 5,550 positions are specifically for TSP regions. These positions cover a wide range of departments and sectors within the state government, including administrative and clerical positions, making it one of the largest recruitment exams for lower-level government positions in the state.

Opportunity for Correction in Application Forms

In a related development, RSMSSB had previously provided candidates with an opportunity to correct errors in their application forms. The board opened the correction window for applicants of the Rajasthan 4th Grade Recruitment 2024. Candidates were given a deadline until 16th October 2025 to make necessary changes in their application forms. This correction window was a crucial step in ensuring that candidates’ details were accurate before the exam.

The Recruitment Process: A Massive Response

The Rajasthan 4th Grade Recruitment exam has witnessed an overwhelming response from job seekers across the state. With over 24 lakh applications received, this exam has become one of the largest recruitment drives in Rajasthan’s history. The high number of applicants reflects the demand for government jobs in the state and highlights the importance of transparent and efficient recruitment processes. The RSMSSB has been committed to ensuring a smooth and fair selection process, with the recent adjustments to the objection submission format aiming to improve the experience for all candidates.

The Importance of Timely Result Declaration

As the RSMSSB works on finalizing the recruitment process, the timely declaration of results will be crucial for the candidates who have been waiting for the outcomes of their hard work. The results of this exam will determine the future of thousands of candidates aspiring for stable government jobs. While the board has stressed the importance of not rushing the results, it is clear that a comprehensive evaluation process will be followed to ensure accuracy and fairness in the final outcome.

The Rajasthan 4th Grade Exam, conducted by the RSMSSB, is a significant step towards providing job opportunities in the state government sector. With the postponement of the objection window, candidates will need to wait for further updates from the board regarding the revised schedule. The board’s efforts to streamline the objection process and the meticulous approach to result declaration show a commitment to transparency and fairness in the recruitment process. As the process unfolds, candidates can expect a fair evaluation, ensuring that those selected for the fourth-grade positions are the most qualified for the roles.
