Registration Process and Initial Technical Glitches
The B.Tech registration for the 2025 academic year began on Thursday. This process is being conducted for all enrolled students at MIT Muzaffarpur. The college is strictly following the guidelines set by the Bihar Engineering University. Despite careful preparation, the website experienced technical issues. Students struggled with slow loading times and had trouble entering necessary information. This disruption occurred mainly during the initial operating hours.
The institute had made all the arrangements for the registration of students. This batch includes pupils admitted to various engineering branches for the year 2025. On the first day, specific slots were reserved for certain disciplines. These included students from Civil, Mechanical, BMR, and all Mechanical branches. Students from the Lateral Entry pool and the Electrical branch were also scheduled.
Document Submission and Mandatory Requirements
The registration process continues on the subsequent day, Friday. Slots are allocated for students from other technical streams. The list of essential documents is extensive. It includes the original Migration Certificate from the previous institution. Students must submit copies of their 10th standard mark sheet and the corresponding passing certificate. They also need to provide copies of the 12th standard mark sheet and the passing certificate. Other critical papers include the Caste Certificate and the official Seat Allotment Letter. The College Leaving Certificate is also a required document. Finally, two recent passport size photographs must be submitted along with other necessary forms.
Consequence of Non-Registration and Semester Exams
The Muzaffarpur Institute of Technology has issued a serious warning to all admitted students. The college management clearly stated the potential consequences of not registering. If students fail to complete their registration within the stipulated time, their admission will be automatically canceled. The institute clarified that the entire responsibility for this cancellation will rest solely with the individual student. This highlights the critical importance of adhering to the given deadline.
In related news, the process for filling out the examination forms has also begun. This is for the currently enrolled B.Tech students of the Sixth Semester. The submission of these exam forms also started on Thursday. The college is managing both the new batch registration and the ongoing semester examination formalities simultaneously.
