BPSC ASO Recruitment 2025: Apply for 41 Assistant Section Officer Posts – Eligibility, Age Limit, Key Dates and More

KKN Gurugram Desk | The Bihar Public Service Commission () has released an official notification inviting applications for the position of Assistant Section Officer (ASO). This recruitment drive is an excellent opportunity for graduates seeking stable government employment in Bihar.

According to the official notice, a total of 41 ASO vacancies will be filled through this recruitment. Eligible candidates can apply online via the official BPSC website — bpsc.bihar.gov.in — starting from May 29, 2025, until the deadline on June 23, 2025.

The total 41 Assistant Section Officer posts are distributed across different reservation categories, as per government rules:

  • The candidate must have completed the degree before or by the final application date, i.e., June 23, 2025.

 Age Limit & Relaxation

The minimum age to apply for the Assistant Section Officer post is 21 years. The upper age limit varies based on the category of the applicant, calculated as of August 1, 2025.
