PM Narendra Modi’s Bhagalpur Rally: Tight Security Arrangements, Ban on Black Clothes and Carrying Items

Published on

KKN Gurugram Desk | Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rally at Bhagalpur Airport Ground, security agencies have made stringent arrangements to ensure a smooth and secure event. The Special Protection Group (SPG) has taken control of the venue and surrounding areas, deploying a high-security surveillance network.

The local administration has implemented strict security guidelines, including a ban on black-colored clothing at the venue. Entry to the event will be closely monitored, and attendees will not be allowed to carry any external items.

To maintain law and order, security forces have been deployed across Bhagalpur and nearby districts. Several important restrictions and safety protocols have been put in place:

  • SPG has secured the entire rally venue and its surroundings.
  • Public movement in restricted zones will be closely monitored.
  • No black-colored clothing is allowed inside the rally venue.
  • Carrying bags, mobile chargers, power banks, metal objects, tobacco, gutkha, and flowers is strictly prohibited.

What Items Are Banned at the Venue?

For security reasons, several items have been banned at the rally venue:

  • Water bottles and any liquid containers.
  • Mobile chargers and power banks.
  • Bags, purses, and handkerchiefs.
  • Tobacco products, gutkha, and other chewing items.

Parking and Traffic Management for the Event

Authorities have also issued strict traffic regulations to manage the heavy influx of attendees and VIP movements.

  • Vehicles must be parked only at designated parking spots.
  • Unregistered vehicles will not be allowed near the rally venue.
  • Security personnel will be monitoring all entry points to prevent unauthorized access.

The local administration has urged the public to follow parking instructions and avoid unnecessary congestion near the rally area.

Why is Black Clothing Banned at PM Modi’s Rally?

The decision to ban black-colored clothing and accessories has drawn attention. Authorities fear that black-colored items could be used as a symbol of protest or create disruptions during the rally.

  • Attendees wearing black clothes, scarves, or handkerchiefs will not be allowed entry.
  • Security forces will thoroughly check attendees at entry points to ensure compliance.
