This trough further extends towards the east-central Bay of Bengal. The system is active up to 1.5 km above sea level and is influenced by two cyclonic circulations in the upper air.

Additionally, a western disturbance persists as a trough in the mid and upper tropospheric levels. Its axis is positioned at about 5.8 km above sea level, extending from longitude 70 degrees to latitude 28 degrees north. Due to this system, the minimum temperature across most parts of Bihar is expected to remain stable over the next five days.
