The Bihar Administrative Reforms Mission (BARM) has already conducted meetings to expedite the implementation process. Between October 23 and October 25, 2024, government departments were asked to submit employee-related data.
Several departments, including Parliamentary Affairs, Consumer Protection, Road Construction, and Public Health Engineering, have already shared their records. However, many departments are yet to comply, leading the government to issue fresh directives.
