2) Foot Pain at Night

If you experience severe foot pain at night, a simple remedy can help. Fill a bucket with lukewarm water and add Epsom salt to it. Soak your feet in this water for a while. This soothing solution relaxes the muscles and helps reduce swelling. It also improves the quality of your sleep by alleviating pain and discomfort in the feet.

3) Bloating or Gas Throughout the Day

Bloating and gas can be uncomfortable, especially after meals. To relieve this, mix carom seeds (ajwain) with a pinch of black salt and chew them after your meals.
