KKN Gurugram Desk | The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has announced that the evaluation process for the Bihar Inter Annual Examination 2025 answer sheets will commence on February 27, 2025, and continue until March 8, 2025. The evaluation process will be conducted at designated evaluation centers across all districts of Bihar.

In preparation for the evaluation, the list of subject-wise teachers working in recognized educational institutions was updated online on the official BSEB website. Based on this list, the board has selected and appointed co-examiners for different subjects. The appointment letters for these co-examiners were uploaded on February 24, 2025, on the official website, allowing them to download their letters.

Co-Examiner Appointment Letters Available Online

The appointment letters for co-examiners have been made available on the official website of Bihar Board (https://biharboardonline.com). Schools and colleges can access the appointment letters by entering their respective institution codes on the website.

Additionally, hard copies of the appointment letters have been packed institution-wise and will be sent to the District Education Officer (DEO) offices by February 24, 2025. Heads of educational institutions have been directed to ensure that the selected teachers are relieved in time for the evaluation duty.

Evaluation Centers and Mark Entry Process

The evaluation process will take place at designated evaluation centers in all districts. The mark entry of answer sheets will be done on the award sheet and mark file by Mark Posting Personnel (MPP). The list of MPPs provided by the District Education Office has been used to select and appoint MPPs for each evaluation center.

The appointment letters for MPPs have also been uploaded on the Bihar Board’s website. Those assigned to evaluation centers have been instructed to report on their respective dates. Failure to comply with this directive will result in strict action under the Bihar Examination Conduct Act, 1981.

Mandatory Reporting for Evaluation Duty

Teachers and MPPs who have been selected for the evaluation process must ensure their presence at the assigned evaluation centers on the scheduled date. Non-compliance with this directive will lead to disciplinary action, including possible penalties under the Bihar Examination Conduct Act, 1981.

3. Enter the Institution Code to access the appointment letter.
4. Download and print the appointment letter for further use.
