The event will be held at Urja Auditorium in Patna at 11:30 AM, where Deputy Chief Ministers Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha, along with Agriculture Minister Mangal Pandey, will be present.
1,007 Agricultural Officers to Receive Appointment Letters
As part of the recruitment drive, the Bihar government will appoint 1,007 officers in the agriculture sector. These include:
- 154 Sub-Divisional Agriculture Officers and Assistant Directors
- 853 Block Agriculture Officers and equivalent officials
These officers will receive their appointment letters from CM Nitish Kumar, reinforcing the state’s focus on employment generation.
Government’s Focus on Job Creation Before Elections
The Bihar government has been aggressively filling vacancies across departments. Recently, the Chief Minister distributed 6,837 appointment letters to junior engineers in multiple departments under the CM Secretariat Samvad program.
