KKN Gurugram Desk | With the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025 approaching, the state government has accelerated recruitment across various departments. In a significant move, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will distribute appointment letters to 1,007 newly selected agricultural officers today.

The event will be held at Urja Auditorium in Patna at 11:30 AM, where Deputy Chief Ministers Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha, along with Agriculture Minister Mangal Pandey, will be present.

1,007 Agricultural Officers to Receive Appointment Letters

As part of the recruitment drive, the Bihar government will appoint 1,007 officers in the agriculture sector. These include:

• 154 Sub-Divisional Agriculture Officers and Assistant Directors
• 853 Block Agriculture Officers and equivalent officials

These officers will receive their appointment letters from CM Nitish Kumar, reinforcing the state’s focus on employment generation.
