Supreme Court’s Decision on Bengal Teachers Recruitment Scam: Teachers Allowed to Continue Till December

However, the court made it clear that Group C and D employees would not receive any relief and their appointments would remain canceled immediately. These employees had been hired under the same allegedly fraudulent recruitment process and are not permitted to continue working beyond the court’s order.
