Kishor’s political career began in 2011 when his malnutrition research report, titled “Malnutrition in High Growth States in India,” placed Gujarat at the bottom.
On October 2, 2024 (Gandhi Jayanti), Kishor officially launched the Jan Suraaj Party (JSP) after a two-year padyatra covering over 3,500 kilometers across Bihar.
Regardless of immediate electoral success, Kishor has already disrupted Bihar’s traditional caste-based politics by introducing development-focused discourse and anti-corruption agenda
