Final-year students can also apply but must ensure that their degree is awarded on or before December 31, 2025. Age Limit Candidates applying for the SBI Clerk position must be between the ages of 20 and 28 years. The candidate’s date of birth must fall between April 2, 1997, and April 1, 2005. Age calculations will be made as of April 1, 2025. There is an age relaxation of 5 years for SC and ST categories, and 3 years for OBC category candidates. Salary Details The basic starting salary for SBI Clerk is ₹26,730 per month. The salary structure includes various increments based on the level of experience and postings. Negative Marking There will be negative marking in both the preliminary and main examinations. For each wrong answer, one-fourth of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted.
