Under the program, every family will receive financial assistance of ₹10,000 for one female member. He confirmed that the state cabinet has already approved the program and that it is effective immediately. The Rural Development Department has been tasked with implementing the scheme. Registration for the program will begin shortly, after which funds will be disbursed to applicants. Nitish Kumar stressed that this program is not just about cash transfer.
