Monsoon 2025: Expect Good Rainfall This Year
There is positive news for the Indian economy as meteorologists predict good rainfall during the upcoming monsoon. The impact of La Niña will not only be felt in summer but also in the rainy season. Experts suggest that this year’s monsoon will bring above-average rainfall across the country.
La Niña to Weaken Gradually Before Monsoon Arrives
Current estimates suggest that the influence of La Niña is expected to weaken gradually in the coming months. While neutral conditions might prevail before the monsoon season, experts predict El Niño is unlikely to develop before September. Even if El Niño conditions emerge, they are expected to occur after September, reducing the risk of a weak monsoon.
The current weather patterns in North India indicate unstable conditions in the coming days. With rain, hailstorms, and snowfall predicted across multiple states, people should prepare for sudden weather changes. The impact of Western Disturbances and La Niña will continue to shape India’s climate conditions, making it crucial for residents to stay updated with weather alerts.
