District Agriculture Officer of Araria, Manoj Kumar was suspended

The Bihar government officer, who made a home guard personnel do sit-ups and apologise to him for stopping his vehicle in Bihar’s Araria district, has been suspended. In the departmental inquiry, Agriculture Officer Manoj Kumar was found guilty, after which the government took this action. Taking cognizance of the matter, the Bihar government issued notice to the District Collector and SP of Araria and asked them to submit a detailed report by May 6. At the same time departmental inquiry was started against the agricultural officer. Before this ASI Govind Singh was suspended on the orders of DGP Gupteshwar Pandey. After the action on ASI, there was a demand for action against the Agriculture Officer.
