KKN Gurugram Desk | The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has already declared the Class 10 results, but Class 12 students are still waiting. Over 3.44 lakh candidates who appeared for the JAC 12th exam 2025 are eagerly awaiting their results.
As per education sources and regional portals, the JAC 12th result is likely to be released in the last week of May or the first week of June 2025. An official announcement is still pending.
While JAC typically releases Class 12 results by April end, the 2025 result has been delayed due to two major disruptions:
Paper leak in some subjects
A fire at an evaluation center in Dumka which destroyed several answer sheets
Due to these setbacks, the answer script evaluation and result compilation process required additional time.
The Jharkhand Board conducted Class 12 exams from February 11 to March 4, 2025, in a single shift each day, from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM. Each paper lasted for 3 hours and 15 minutes.
After reports of a paper leak, the board conducted re-examinations for the affected subjects, further delaying the result timeline.
This year, around 3,44,822 students registered for the JAC Class 12 board exams across 2,086 centers in Jharkhand.
Although the number is slightly lower than last year, the board ensured tight security and monitoring throughout the exam period.
When combined with the Class 10 exams, over 8 lakh students appeared in JAC board exams 2025.
