The Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC) has officially announced the exam dates for the recruitment of Staff Nurse positions. The recruitment process will involve a Computer-Based Test (CBT), which is scheduled to take place on 30th July, 31st July, 1st August, and 3rd August 2025. The exam will be conducted in two shifts, except for 3rd August, when only the second shift will take place. The exam will be held across various districts in Bihar. BTSC is conducting this recruitment process to fill 11,389 Staff Nurse vacancies. The online application window was open from 25th April to 13th June 2025. The vacancies are distributed as follows:

  • Unreserved (UR): 3,134 posts

  • Economically Weaker Section (EWS): 784 posts

  • Scheduled Castes (SC): 2,853 posts

  • Scheduled Tribes (ST): 121 posts

  • Extremely Backward Classes (EBC): 3,117 posts

  • Backward Classes (BC): 933 posts

  • Backward Classes Women: 447 posts
