He pointed out that only a few families had flourished under this governance while the general populace continued to struggle. He questioned whether a party with a history of keeping Bihar in the “lantern age” would ever be capable of providing electricity for industrial growth.

Furthermore, he pointed out that the RJD-Congress combine had a legacy of looting the railways, and they were unlikely to improve Bihar’s connectivity. Similarly, with their history of record-breaking corruption, he asked whether they could ever establish the rule of law in the state.

Focus on BJP and NDA’s Progress in Bihar:

PM Modi praised the leadership of the BJP and NDA (National Democratic Alliance) for bringing positive change to Bihar. He highlighted that under the current governance, Bihar had seen the establishment of railway engines, large dairy plants, and the global export of its famous makhana (fox nut). Additionally, the state had witnessed growth in sectors such as food processing, textiles, leather parks, and IT parks, signaling a new era for Bihar’s economy.

According to Modi, these efforts were leading to a reduction in youth migration from the state. He expressed confidence that Bihar’s sons and daughters would no longer have to leave the state in search of jobs. Instead, they would find work within Bihar and help elevate the state’s name globally. The Prime Minister’s vision for Bihar was one where the state was not only self-sufficient but also a hub of industrial activity and progress.

They have even threatened to abduct women and children, which is completely unacceptable,” Modi said.

He called on the youth of Bihar to reject these divisive tactics and stand up against such negativity. He posed a direct question to the young voters, asking whether they would accept this kind of political rhetoric. Modi further emphasized that the people of Bihar needed to make a clear decision: whether to support a government that promotes violence and fear or one that stands for development, peace, and progress.

Towards the end of his speech, PM Modi took a dig at the RJD’s election manifesto, calling it a joke. He questioned whether Bihar would allow “these young heirs, who are out on bail, to loot the state once again.” He asserted that the people of Bihar had made it clear through recent surveys that the RJD and Congress were headed for a major defeat in this election. He pointed out that these surveys were showing that the NDA was on track for a significant victory. Modi stated that the RJD-Congress alliance was nervous because of the growing discontent among the people, leading them to present false promises in their manifesto.

“Even their own supporters are not believing the lies in their manifesto,” Modi said.
