Meeting Held to Implement the Cadre Management System
The Bihar Administrative Reforms Mission (BARM) has already conducted meetings to expedite the implementation process. Between October 23 and October 25, 2024, government departments were asked to submit employee-related data.
Several departments, including Parliamentary Affairs, Consumer Protection, Road Construction, and Public Health Engineering, have already shared their records. However, many departments are yet to comply, leading the government to issue fresh directives.

✔ Service category and position hierarchy
✔ Supervisory authority details
✔ Total sanctioned posts with pay band information
✔ Employee designation and appointment details
Having all these records in a single digital platform will streamline employee transfers, promotions, and deployments, reducing bureaucratic delays.

Cybercrime Control Boost: Bihar to Connect Cyber Police Stations to National Portal
