Mukesh Sahani Demands Justice for Murder Victim in Muzaffarpur; Criticizes Nitish Kumar’s Governance

Published on

KKN Gurugram Desk | The leader of the Vikasheel Insaan Party (VIP) and former minister of Bihar, Mukesh Sahani, arrived in Muzaffarpur today to meet the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) over the recent brutal murder case of Kamlesh Sahni, a resident of Katra, who was beaten to death just two days ago. Sahani’s visit comes as part of his demand for swift justice and punishment for the perpetrators of the crime.

Mukesh Sahani Meets SSP and Calls for Strict Action

After meeting with the SSP of Muzaffarpur, Mukesh Sahani addressed the media, stating that he had also met with the victim’s family. He expressed his deep concern over the current state of law and order in the state, which, according to him, has left people feeling more empowered to take the law into their own hands rather than trust the police.

Sahani highlighted that the fear of the administration seems to have disappeared from the minds of the common people. “People no longer fear the law or the police,” Sahani said, “and as a result, they are taking matters into their own hands, leading to such horrific incidents.”

Call for Immediate Action and Justice for Kamlesh Sahni’s Family

Mukesh Sahani made it clear that the murder of Kamlesh Sahni is unacceptable in any situation. He assured the grieving family that justice would be served. He emphasized that the police had already made a few arrests in the case, but he demanded that the remaining culprits also be brought to justice. He promised full support and assistance to the victim’s family during their difficult time, pledging that his party would stand with them until they received the justice they deserved.

Criticism of Nitish Kumar’s Leadership

In a sharp critique of Bihar’s Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Sahani claimed that Kumar’s leadership had severely deteriorated, making him incapable of managing the state’s affairs. “The current situation in Bihar is a direct result of Nitish Kumar’s inability to govern,” Sahani stated. “Criminals are now emboldened and continue to carry out heinous crimes without fear of facing the law.”

Sahani further accused the Chief Minister of allowing crime to spiral out of control, stating that criminals are freely executing their plans and even killing people, including ministers’ families. Sahani also urged Nitish Kumar to step down from his position, suggesting that his resignation would allow someone more capable to handle the state’s administration and restore order.

Bihar’s Deteriorating Law and Order Situation

Sahani pointed out that in recent times, the law and order situation in Bihar had reached alarming levels. He highlighted the fact that even ministers’ families are not safe anymore, with Murders becoming an almost everyday occurrence. “The murder of ministers’ family members is just one example of the alarming deterioration of law and order in Bihar,” Sahani added.

This statement from Sahani came after a series of high-profile incidents, where lawlessness has been rampant, and criminals seem to be walking free with little to no fear of retribution. Sahani called upon the people of Bihar to rise above the growing culture of impunity and demanded immediate corrective measures to restore law and order.

Sahani’s comments also reflect the increasing fear and frustration among the public, who feel powerless to rely on the authorities to protect them. The killing of Kamlesh Sahni is just one such tragic incident that has ignited outrage across the state. The growing sense of insecurity is becoming a major issue in Bihar, and many citizens are calling for urgent reforms and stronger action from the government.

In conclusion, Mukesh Sahani’s visit to Muzaffarpur and his meeting with the SSP marks an important step in highlighting the escalating concerns over Bihar’s deteriorating law and order situation. Sahani’s call for justice for the Sahni family, his criticism of Nitish Kumar’s leadership, and his demand for the Chief Minister to resign add further momentum to the public discourse surrounding the growing crime rates in Bihar. As the investigation continues, all eyes will be on the state’s authorities to take strong and decisive action to ensure justice is served.
